The SVI Professional Pathways enable individual practitioners to obtain internationally recognised qualifications in social value and impact management.
These Professional Pathways consist of three levels that support practitioners in developing skills, knowledge, and practice in social value, impact management, and the practical application of the SVI framework in social impact assessment and SROI.
Each level externally verifies the practitioner's knowledge and understanding of social value and impact management, built from the world's first social value exam to technical capability assessment. By following the Professional Pathways, you will demonstrate your skills and expertise to potential clients, employers, or partners. Furthermore, you will join a community of experts building standards and changing the way the world accounts for value.

Continuous development and opportunities in the global SVI network
As an SVI practitioner, you will be welcomed into the SVI Practitioner Community collaborating in the continuous development of social value and SROI practice. This community connects through meetings, online channels, sharing experiences and challenges, knowledge and solutions, as well as compiling tools and resources.
Each level of SVI Practitioner status allows you to access various types of new opportunities in the global SVI network. This includes opportunities to continue professional development through three levels, and continue on to become an accredited Trainer or SVI Assessor after reaching Level 3: Advanced Practitioner status.
While developing your practical skills at levels 1 and 2, there are also various opportunities to deliver various types of training and workshops through the SVI network.
